Transport Damage must be notified prior to install/ usage.
- The product will be safely packaged and shipped.
- Upon receipt, please immediately check your package contents carefully.
- Where damage to the item occurs in transport, is MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Where the customer fails to notify us of transport damage within the 24hour period, it is acceptance the customer forgoes all claims for damages, incorrect description, damaged product, incorrect product description and claim for transport damage.

The above conditions have been instigated due to fraudulent claims by customers for transport damage following improper unpacking/ usage/ handling of the product.
- All parts remain warranted against faulty manufacture at all times, not improper usage by the customer.

Our Warranty

This product contains consumable items including glass, heat lamp, rollers and accessories that require ongoing maintenance and/or replacement after a period of use.

Our Warranty is for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase or where sufficient usage has been obtained by the customer in which case the 12 month warranty will have expired, which ever may occur first, and is in addition to (and does not exclude, restrict or modify) any rights or remedies to which you may already be entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or any other relevant law relating to this product.

Improper Usage - Multi-person Usage/ Studio/ Shop

TIMmy is not warranted for usage in studios or shop applications. The TIMmy Thermal-Copier model is a personal copier for single artist usage only at home, or in a single owner/ operator studio. The usage and cooling specifications of this model are not designed or manufactured for multiple artists/ person usage, or repetitive operations within a studio/ shop environment. This is a single person usage model only. For studio/ shop usage the TIM model (code: TC-TIM) is designed and warranted for this application.

Warranty Conditions

Our Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1. That the product was purchased and installed in Australia or New Zealand directly from an authorised NEHOC Australia distributor.

2. That the purchaser carefully follows all manuals, instructions and guides provided with the product relating to the proper unpacking, unlocking, installation, usage, cleaning, maintenance schedule, cooling, storage location and care of the product and does not use the product for any purpose other than the use for which is has been designed, including studio and multi-person usage.

3. That the Customer complies with all relevant electrical wiring regulations when installing and using the product, including the use of a device to protect against electrical over-voltages or surges that may damage the product.

4. The product is allowed to cool for 30 minutes after each use. In addition, the products is removed from all power outlets when not in operation for longer periods of time, including overnight, as per the manufacturers operating guide.

5. Our warranty does not extend to or include improper use which includes, but is not limited to;
   a) Defects caused by normal wear and tear, accident, negligence, tampering, label removal, alteration, abuse, misuse or by any 
   cause unrelated to defective materials and/or workmanship.
   b) Damage caused by improper machine placement or insufficient cooling, both during and after use, or where machine is turned off prior to completion of any cool down process.
   c) Machine warranty does not apply to accessory tattoo spirit thermal paper which is heat affected/expired/poor quality manufacture or fails to provide proper reproductions of artwork, where a specific machine fault can not be demonstrated in advance. Service charges apply to machines returned falsely under warranty claim, where fault is demonstrated as paper.
   d) Use with non-carbon based artwork, or contains improper levels of carbon to image designs.
   e) Machine usage without an approved carrier will void all warranties through improper usage.
