Multi-colour print registration onto t-shirts/ fabrics

Printing multiple colours requires the overlay of different screens, correctly aligned, to form a completed design - your multi colour design is printed in multi layers.
The t-shirt jig, (also called a print carousel) can print single or up to four colours at a time, accurately aligning colours by firstly positioning then holding the colours for each screen as they are printed.
This jig is designed for t-shirts with a fixed board - an XL printing board is overlaid for larger sizes if required.

Direct + elevated/ off contact printing
Paper/ metal/ plastic/ ceramics/ glass - many other items other than just t-shirts can be printed using this jig, with off contact abilities built in.
Simply place some registration guides on the board (plastic height adjusters are ideal for this) to create your registration guide. Set your screen for off contact printing by elevating in the clamp of the arm and your ready to print.
Registration is critical
There are cheaper Chinese jigs available on ebay, however the critical part of any jig is ensuring the arms come down in the exact same place every single time (or you get a miss print).
Time and time and time and time again . . . .without consistent accurate registration you won't get tight registration of the design layers.
Each of our t-shirt jigs were 100% manufactured in the USA with individual hand alignment to ensure accurate arm and guide fitting/ alignment. You get what you pay for, so be careful when looking at cheap imported options.
