Genuine TPH assembly for MiScreen system from RISO. Entire TPH unit is replaced inside the Head Cover of the machine, wired up into the Main Control PCB and then the PCB firmware is re-coded from the old to the new TPH resistance value.

Accidents can happen when students don't follow instructions and remove the frame in the wrong direction.

Best thing to do first is contact NEHOC Australia Technical Support (see details on bottom of your MiScreen) and ask advice, as the TPH unit may be covered by warranty if there's a manufacturing fault.
Installing the part.
Each TPH unit has an individual resistance value which MUST be coded to the firmware of your MiScreen's control software.
This can not be done remotely as it required specialised software.
Only a qualified service technician can perform the firmware upgrade to the PCB for this spare part to ensure correct operation and maintain the new TPH product warranty.
Price includes the firmware coding and return shipping.
You'll need to ship us your MiScreen machine, we will replace the TPH and re-code the firmware to match the new TPH value, then ship your MiScreen back to you.
